Files - Opening

Some people have reported that they can not open files that they've downloaded from our website.  Here's what we know about this!

Our zip files are created in a .NET application,  We can happily open anything created in this, using computers running any version of Windows.

If you experience problems, then save the file to your desktop and open click on the CTRL key and open the file at the same time to evoke safe mode.
